With so many stunning venues around Sydney it is sometimes hard to choose the right one for you. The Gunners Barracks, Mosman was the perfect location for Jane and Alex’s lunchtime wedding ceremony. With the bridesmaids all dressed in a dark silver and the flower girl looking like she was out of a wonderland movie, it was only acceptable that Jane was out of a fashion magazine. Watching Alex’s face as Jane walked around the corner was a moment that I was honoured to witness.
Today’s wedding in the Bower was extremely intimate. I have known the Bride and Groom for a couple of years and it was an honour to perform their ceremony.
Sam and Adrian had planned to be married in Darwin and when an unexpected turn of events occurred they ended up being married in one of the most romantic places in Manly. Fairlight Beach is perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony. We visited the hospital in the morning and performed a simple ceremony for Adrian’s father who could not make it down to the beach.
It was an honour to perform this naming ceremony for such beautiful friends Heidi and Stephen. Their daughter Lara was also celebrating her first birthday. The sun was shining and as I read a poem dedicated to Lara about her angel above there was not a dry eye in the sky.
